Ellesmere Carnival is traditionally held on the August bank holiday Saturday every year. The parades take place through our small market town streets at 1pm and 8.30pm. Entertainment is provided in the cremorne gardens of our beautiful mere throughout the day.

Ellesmere is situated in the Welsh borderland of North Shropshire. The main all year round tourist attractions are the Mere's, the Llangollen canal and the local shops.

Carnival 2009- Pitch holder booking forms and parade entry forms are now available in the Carnival 2009 section.

 

Ellesmere Rangers in partnership with Hope House 24 hour Walk of Hope on the weekend 4th and 5th July.
